A deposit is required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may be subject to penalties.

Estimated completion dates are provided for guidance only.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather, or third-party suppliers are not the responsibility of Regardin Construction.
5. Warranties and Liability
Workmanship is warranted for a period as specified in client contracts.
The company is not liable for damages caused by external factors after project completion.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits may be forfeited depending on the stage of the project.
